Relax the knees
Having an incorrect position, or having too high heels burden the knee, so you should go barefoot more often, and when you are away from home wear orthopedic insoles to minimize the burden, thus the knee pain.
If you wish for best results, achieve that with a smooth motion that does not unduly burden the wrist, like riding a bike, but dry at low speeds and avoid inclines.

These can provide some leverage and also support for the knee, reduce the burden and facilitate the movement, and also, they are excellent protection and prevention of injuries and pain relief.
