3. Green Tea
Antioxidants present in green tea helps to reduce the accumulation of fats in the cheeks. It also speeds up the metabolism process and burns the extra calories. This thus helps to get rid of chubby cheeks and a fat-free face.
-1 tablespoon of green tea
-Half a cup of water
-Boil half a cup of water in a kettle.
-Add 1 tablespoon of green tea leaves to it and let it infuse for a few minutes.
-Strain out the tea leaves and consume this tea early morning every day in an empty stomach.
4. Egg Whites
The Egg whites help to reduce the fats accumulated in the cheeks. It also helps to remove the excess amount of oil from the skin thus reducing the redness. The excess amount of oil leads to pimples and blackheads.
-2 egg whites
-Break open two eggs and separate the egg whites from the yolk.
-Whisk them together to form a mixture. Allow it to stand for a while.
-Cleanse your face with water and pat dry.

-Rinse off using cold water and pat dry.
5. Lemon and Cucumber Juice
