Watermelon, cashew and cinnamon juice
Each 250 ml glass of juice has approximately 123 calories.
- 1 slice of watermelon;
- Juice of 1 lemon;
- 150 ml of coconut water;
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon;
- 5 units of cashew also called merely or cashew nut.
Method of preparation:
Blend all the ingredients, strain and drink. It is preferable to take it without adding sugar or sweeteners.
